21 days
well its been 21 days and it has been great, but today I feel like i could eat nails. I am really thinking I need to now give up my coffee. I have been taking vitamins, but my body must be missing something feeling very very tired lately. Work has been stressful, gaining weight, neck and back are tight from stress. OMG what next. '
The really funny thing is I still wake up and the first thing to pop in my head is drinking Will I drink today and some morning I feel like I have a hangover....:c021

Congrats Fighttowin on your three weeks
It took my body time to adjust as well. I look at it as necessary punishment: I abused my body for so long, the payback was deserved.
Keep it up. One day at a time.

Yeh Fighty!!!!
I am a day behind you but minus 5 hours coz of time diff. Yes I am counting the time difference. A LITTLE HEALTHY COMPETITION!
Tired? Tired? I am not even working and I am wrecked! The body adjusting no doubt. All that tortured anxiety gone might have something to do with it!
We are wonderful!!!!!!!!

Ok well I feel a little better that I am not the only one feeling that way.

I am tired all the time and just feeling blah. But I am sober!!!!

Good to know it's taking others a while to feel better too. Day 15, and I still have headaches and the sweats and can't concentrate worth a darn.
On one hand, it doesn't seem "fair" that I'm not feeling better after working so hard to stay off the booze, but on the other hand, I agree with Draciak, that we probably have to go through a little pain and punishment for all the years of poisoning our bodies!

HAPPY I DON'T DRINK. Life is seeming to look normal. I always wondered what people did when they got home from work. I am learning LOL
