Heya FO2!!! That's the big 100 today for me:-)

I would be very interested in learning what things you are taking...perhaps pm me so as not to step on toes:-)

You will be happy to hear I have started my excercise program...in a way I am glad I put it off...because when I hit a plateau of sorts last week I was able to get out of it by changing things up by adding in the gym.

I like your approach...you know who you are and what works for you and you are applying it to the problem. That's what I did in large part...I learned as much as I could about the disease and then talked about it incessantly here...lol...that's me...a geeky know it all;-)

Great to hear you're in the gym. It's always been a part of my life, but now is integral in my approach, I can't/won't go without it.

I'll put that list together in the next day or two. It's a little lengthy and I'll be out most of the day!

include me in your list FO2, we can compare notes....I wish it were simple for me to get back into my exercise routine, my motivation could use a big swift kick...Aside from doing a mile a day with the dog, I just glare at my weight bench and treadmill these days.

I can be the queen of excuses.
