Yay! 30 days here, too!
Looks like a bunch of us just got or soon will have 30 days. Man, it sure feels good, doesn't it? I've been lucky, no cravings, just that little voice once in a while. I'm taking walks, eating healthy (ice cream is healthy, right?) lots of fluids, a few vitamins, I feel great. Good work everyone else on this day sober. And thanks, SR and NA for the support I need in this journey to recovery!

Ice cream certainly is good for you! I have my own personal slightly skewed (hehehehe) studies to back me up! It is good for the soul.
I have found that the most expensive is usually the best (and man oh man, has it gotten expensive!). $5.00 for a half gallon? well, i buy a pint of the good stuff, especially if it has coffee, mocha, or some such in it.
