Laciemae

I recently went back to my home town after being absent for a few years. I was apprehensive how to handle the drinkining issue. They kept saying they would get me a beer or a drink and I kept asking for water or lemonade. Finally I had to admit that I don't drink anymore. They were pretty surprised, but didn't keep at me. My family that I visited didn't press me and simply said they were proud of me. They haven't seen me sober at family functions in a long time. Actually, it went better than expected and I was happy about that. Holy Cow, when you quit drinking that sweet tooth comes on like a freight train!
