End of Day One - I Made It!

My sober meter says it has only been 19 hours or so but I'm officially declaring my day one complete.

I've had my dinner and I'll be going to bed in a few hours. There's not a chance of me drinking today.

It's a good thing I dumped all the beers in my fridge first thing this morning though. It's was a little rough this morning and I certainly would have been tempted if they were so available.

All in all it hasn't been a bad day. But I guess any day without drinking is a good day.

Onward and upward! One day at a time!

Cool. Now do it again. Then again. I hit 30 days today, and I feel like a million bucks! Just sticking out the first week is the trick. Keep a good attitude, a sense of humor, and enjoy what you've missed....

Good for you! Stay positive and one day at a time or 10 minutes at a time... whatever you have to do... DON'T take a drink.
