Working it out day by day!

38 days sober now...going to AA twice a week. Excellent program so far, wish I had of done this 20 years ago, oh well...here's to the next 20 and beyond with AA. To all of you shy or embarrassed drunks it would behoove you to get over yourself and try AA. I guarantee you will see a little of yourself in everyone you meet there...." as far as the addiction is concerned.". Please don't wait like I did, been a drunk for 30+ years. I wonder if my liver is smiling?

I agree...AA is very welcoming and warm...and there is a little of "you" in each and every person. No normie (as they called it tonight) can ever truly relate the way a fellow addict can.
