4th Day

So it is the fourth day of no drugs, tobacco, and alcohol To be very honest I feel great. I have my moments of anxiety and sometime catch myself day dreaming about some of the past moments but I am learning to stop those thoughts in there tracks. What has me a little worried is the weekend but I will be strong and not going to consume anything mind altering!

Congrats on your fourth day of giving up three addictions -- that is a big accomplishment.

Hang in there... and one day at a time... you will feel SO much better.

Being sober is wonderful, it brings a whole new meaning to life, one that I truly love being a part of.

Keep us posted on the progress of your journey. We are all in this together.

Thanks everyone. Will continue putting my 100%. This website has trully made me realize that together we can accomplish what we once thought was impossible. Hope everyone has a relaxing weekend while continuing on there mission of not using or drinking.

Congrats, nolookingback - I'm one day behind you. The weekends are just as tough as the weekdays for me, but I hope to be posting here this weekend and hope to see you around.
