Is this even close to normal?
Dog tired all day yesterday, just could not drag myself out of bed or the couch. _Zero_ motivation. Read and slept most of the day. Took an Ambien in the evening and fell asleep again. Then was up at midnight, writing software on the computer I should have been writing during the day on Tuesday. Worked till 9:00a.m. after which I did 8 miles on an exercise bike, jogged 3 miles, took a shower, shaved, and felt mildly human again. My good wife is beginning to think I've gone whacky again. Then off to do Wednesdays work... Just finished that up. How long do _These_ scenarios go on?!

Well I dunno about anyone else but 8 miles on a bike and 3 miles jogging would make me tired on any day LOL.
I'm not sure about the after effects of ambien either - check with your Dr next time, maybe?
In any case, I dunno how long you've been sober now Mike, but it's common for everyone feel tired for at least a week or two, I think.
See your Dr if you're worried.
