I recently found this group in a search on the internet after I realized that I do have a problem with alcohol. I have to get my life back on track because it is starting to disrupt my family and job. I will most likely be back because this forum seems to have alot to offer.

Thanks for being here, fe! I found this place 5 months ago. Been checking in nearly every day, and haven't had a drink since. I also use other tools such as AA to help me stay off the alcohol, but this site is the one constant, always here when I can't get to a meeting. I can pop in while I'm at home on my couch, or at school between classes (and sometimes during), or on my phone while I'm at work. There are lots of really great people here with years' worth of experience and knowledge to share with you. I hope you keep stopping by.

SR is such a great place to come those first few difficult days. (and every day after...) You can do this! I spent many anxious, sleepless hours here just reading and learning. I found it very calming. So many kindred spirits in this place.

Well it hasnt killed me to admit that I have a problem. But not many services work with my schedule at work. Nice to find a place I can drop in anytime.
