Dee is the main reason I'm sitting here typing this & not on my 10th beer of the day. He set me straight when I first came crawling in here, and I've never looked back. To think I might never have "met" you, Dee - how sad that would have been.
Thank you Beth for starting this for our friend.

You know Dee, there are a lot of caring people here, but no one has your spirit, sense of humor, wisdom, humility and compassion. You are an SR foundation stone for all who pass through. I doubt that there is a post that you do not read and it boggles my mind how you manage to be everywhere, all the time. I think your greatest gift is that you are present for each of us, as if we are the only person in the world. And that is amazing, my friend.
Wow, I love this thread!
And I LOVE Dee!
Sometimes I stop and shake my head, that I have a friend who lives on the other side of the world. I am truly blessed to know you and to say you are invaluable to SR would be an understatement. :day6

I have no choice, even though I am so new here, to THANK YOU DEE! There are so many here that are helpful, but you have been AWESOME! Your story is very moving and encouraging. I WILL be here to say thank you in a year and in 10 years from now. As Yoda once told me in a dream, lol, "Do or Do Not, There is no Try". Though I know this is not possible in many things in life, this is what I am going for.
Thanks Dee...keep on doing what you are doing because from what I can see you are doing something right...
