Heading to my junkie playground NOW!

Sorry, my title was a bit dramatic.

I'm on a ferry from Bremerton (where I'm getting sober) to Seattle (where my drugging took place.) I'm just seeing my probation officer, then heading back to Bremerton.

Feeling vulnerable and sketched. Got the wiggins!

Please give this poor junkie a good thought. Help me make the next right choice.

Thanks all.

Good thoughts heading your way! See your probation officer and get right back on that ferry to Bremerton...you can do it!

We are all rooting for you:-)

Stay focused on the real reason for your trip which is to give an update to your prob officer, and that's all. Keep your chin up and smile at all your hard work thus far! :ghug3

Think about how proud of yourself you will be when you get back to your 'safe place' knowing you did not give in!

Thanks all,

I'm just sitting here in the BIG Bank of America building about two blocks from where I meet my PO. Sipping apple juice and reading hilarious blog postings from The Bloggess! I love my Droid Hero phone...

Just another hour to go, then outta this dirtnap town!

Heya Peeps,

At the ferry terminal right now, leaving Seattle (aka the junkie viper's nest.) No drugs were used or bought, unless you count a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit from McDonald's.

Thanks for the words of support! Now to head home and get a haircut (I look like a damned hippie!)

Good to hear Wilable. Want to share that biscuit? Sounds good to me.

Now I'm hungry!! All I had today was a special K shake and a few baby carrots. (not including all the chocolate candy I ate)

I'm allowing myself to gain a bit of recovery weight (by a bit, I mean "my belt is trying to murder me.") I figure I'll make my heart not explode in about a year.

I find it therapeutic to re-visit some of the places I used to get nutty in. Boy, they suuuuure look a whole lot different to me now than they did at the end of my run. Matter of fact, they kinda look now like they looked to me at the beginning of my run -- scary to see how I was able to get comfortable and accepting of people, places and environments that freaked me out at first.

Heh..... 3yrs of "recovery weight" and I'm finally doing something about it. Round 2 of new belts and pants were trying to kill ME too. LOL

thanks for sharin' wilable!
