Chat Question

I didn't find it in the FAQ, and I'm new so sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place.

If I try to enter Chat it says my username and password are no good. Is there a step I'm missing with my shiny new SR decoder ring? I'm using Firefox. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by no good LOL.
There's no extra steps tho...did you try these troubleshooting tips?

Hmmmm....cleared my cache, shutdown and restarted Firefox, still "Invalid Username or Password."

Now, due to my own ineptness, I did have to reset my password basically right after joining, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it?...... Tis a puzzlement

Bout - If you are still having trouble getting in Chat you may want to repost the problem under the Technical Issues thread towards the top. I have had success when I posted problems there. Unfortunately, I do not know how to fix the problem. I hope you can get in to Chat soon if you still want to. I know it can be a valuable tool.
