When nothing works anymore
 

Hi all, I'm new to this kind of forum.

I'm 34 and after some acute consumption of strong alcohol and smoking, getting up to a Korsakoff syndrome, my active life completely stopped. A thiamine deficiency lead to chest pain and other symptoms, after some treatment this went a bit, but still let like always tired, forgetting always, inducing psychosis.

I'm happy to reach this forum and hope the exchanges will be fruitful.
