day 2 feeling some better ibs killing me but anxiety is better

Glad to hear the anxiety is subsiding - that's what always really got to me. To think that I spent so many days (probably at least half of my mornings each week) caught up in that feeling of just walking on the edge of my nerves. So glad to get rid of it!

Another day or two and you'll be smiling....... hang in there! It really does get better!:bigok:

Yes gud luck and keep going, Im on day 4 and am only starting to feel anything close to normal again, so be patient. Key point is to force yourself to eat, fruit is good.

day three feel better except random pains in my guts i dread the weekend the song wasted by carrie underwood keeps playing in my head i no this 13 years of abuse has to stop i dont wont to drink right know but fear the weekend see because i have said so many times im not gona drink this weekend or ill just quit that last till friday then like clockwork beer in hand i really feel like a slave to it because i cant imagine life without it and and that doesnt even make since cause why would feel that way about something that will kill you i love living
