yeah thats me back on track...right as rain..no drink last night..caught with a sucker punch outa the blue, as it were...stumbled a little..but regained composure..and not gonna throw away that which is precious and so worthwhile...sorry for the sermon here, well 5.30am here uk time..gotta shift 7am..headin out the door soon, sober again..
