Thank you so much for your post Kat and congratulations!!!!! I know exactly what you mean about beating yourself up. July 3rd I had 8.5 months, July 4th 0 days. I now have 4 days and I am trying not to beat myself up but reading up more on the steps and trying to learn from my experience. Congrats again and keep coming back to inspire us
