Basic Breath Meditation Instructions

There are a myriad of styles but this is a good primer. I meditate daily and it facilitates serenity and awareness in me. Also acceptance of the present moment just as it is, and that everything happens in the now, that past and future don't really exist. It's also helped me to understand my mind better, and notice thoughts rather than indulge in the dramas and fantasies and internal dialogues that we tend to do when we take a single thought and run off with it like it was a bottle of liquor or drug of choice.
