Sixty Days Today...wow.
Well most pleased today at reaching this..its been a bit tough at times, but oh so well worth it, my production level is up two fold, gettin into better shape...all round, a lot more chilled out an less stressed an easily riled, in fact there just isnt any negative to speak of, apart from the initial discomfort,
triggers an temptations, ive had to keep in check...but less they seem to be now, thanks to this place...and the good work an support of many here..

60 is frikin awesome Kerb! Congrats! I'm standing at day 61 and feeling by and large exactly as you do - something that 62 days ago I thought would be absolutely not possible.
Still procrastinating on going back to the workouts I used to do religiously, but as each day passes now I'm being pushed more in the direction of the gym and less in the direction of the pub. That, in and of itself, is surreal lol!
60 days. Awesome. Full Stop.
