at my real bottom,
had them all the time, the drink was the only way to stop the DT's,
i did the house cow (coming out of withdrawls) detox myself,
i almost died,
do your self, and all your loved ones the right thing,
get to the ER, or at least call a good doc familar with alcoholism

PLEASE go to the ER, now. Never mind trying to sleep. Go to the ER now and they will help you calm down, literally and figuratively, with meds to slow your heart and the anxiety. PLEASE get medical help NOW. Don't play around with this sh!t, it can be deadly. You're of no use to your daughter if you're dead. Not trying to scare you, just pleading with you to get medical help NOW.
