7 Months
7 Months tomorrow…
My last drink was on the weekend before Thanksgiving. I had decided I didn’t want to ruin yet another holiday with friends and family by drinking too much.
I realized yesterday, after a wonderful Father’s Day with my kids, how much better all the events, big and small, have been since I’ve quit. They’ve been so much more enjoyable and memorable without the alcohol. Thanks, SR, for the help to get me where I am today.

Way to go, BBR! 7 months is awesome!
Life is so much better when you can not only have a great time being sober, particularly on special occasions, but being able to recall everything that happened the next day, with or without pictures, is so wonderful.

CONGRATULATIONS BBR! 7 months is really, really great! Life IS so much better these days, I agree. I don't know what ever made us think we weren't "enough" without our liquor.... Keep up the good work!
