1 days sober..........again.
 

Well, I'm sober for 1 day again. How many times have I been here over the past 26 years? Feeling a bit jittery and anxious, but I'm back on the first rung of the ladder so not all is bad.

You're not alone... I've been here almost two and a half years and just now have six months sober... so you see I didn't 'get it' right away either.;) Good for you for not giving up on yourself. :hug:
