Morning all. Beautiful one here, hot and sunny and here I am again stuck in work. Last one today. Slept quite well considering. Hope you are all well too my friends. Be strong.

Good morning to you all. Day six is upon us and no urge to have alcohol. Dont want that urge! Sun is shining and my heart feels like a lead weight. My home life is terrible. H is so angry. I know he has been looking at flats and apartments. I think I've really, really blown it!

Can anyone tell me exactly what a sponser is in the A.A, what they do and how you find one? I am going to a meeting today and intend asking, just would like some info please.

I have not yet had a sponsor in AA. I've learn that sponsor is a person who look after you by face to face or by phone. And they help doing steps. I heard that woman need female sponsor in general. I heard also that it is very difficult to get female sponsor in Japan. Because there are not so many female fellowships in Japan. Good luck Grace!
