By the grace of my HP

here in SR I havent
found it necessary to
pick up a drink of
alcohol since 8-11-90.

For that and you I am
truely grateful.


We all have a beginning
to a day as well as an
end to one.


With each different person
share your recovery day
from beginning to end.


From the moment ur eyes
open to when they close
at night.

Do you have a routine u
follow each day? Schedule?
Work? Children? Workouts?
Shopping? Doctors? Prayers?
Friends? Family? Meetings?
Church?

Does ur day begin with a
PLEASE help me during the
day and end with a THANK
YOU for keeping me sober,
happy, safe, tolerant.....

Is ur little inviroment alcohol
or drug free? No worries
that ull find something in
a closet or drawer? Stashed
away for those just in case
days?

Does ur day have people
to support u thru the day?

A HP to guide you and give
u strength?

I stay sober one day at
a time cause i follow the
same routine pretty much
each day. If i made it thru
one day without a drink
doing what is required and
suggested to me each day
then im pretty sure the
same will happen day after
day.
