Back to day 1............
Hey Almay
Hope you had a great holiday.
Listen, you slipped up, at least you were big enough to admit and come back. Well done for that. Holidays are difficult when everyone round you is drinking, I've got mine to come yet and just praying I will be strong enough!
It's Monday today and the start of a whole new week, so keep your chin up and take it from today.

One is too many and 1000000 never enough.
Only by not taking the first drink will you ever stay sober. It took me a while to truly 'get' that concept. But it made and continues to make total sense to me in my recovery.
I have to make keeping sober and living my recovery my No1 priority above all else. Without my sobriety I would lose everything very quickly.
At least you know that drinking is something which doesn't do you any favours so you can 'work' at maintaining sobriety. If you want it.
All The Best

Glad you are back and going at it. I always say its the 1st one that does me in. Only way for me to be sober is not to have that first one. I relapsed too and got back up. Take from this experience and apply it towards your future.
Stay strong!!
Stay strong!!
Forgive yourself for your relapse, learn from it, and move forward again. I used to think I was hopeless, constantly relapsing, but tomorrow I'm six months sober so it CAN be done. Don't give up!
