New to forum...Sober 24yrs this past April

New to the forum but not recovery. I have been sober 24 yrs. Life's good. I stumbled on this forum while searching for sober bikers going to Sturgis in August 2010. It was nice to find this forum in the process!

I live six hours from Sturgis. I don't think you will have a hard time finding people to go there with. Our town starts swarming with bikers in early August and lasts for about a month. You can always come to my town and hitch-hike. :) Welcome to SR. Hope to see you around.

Hi Wli and welcome to the SR family .. Stugis .. aweeee been there 12 times so far , used to live in rapid city and deadwood . anyways there some really great meetings and my home group is deadwood . there is a lady in Sturgis who opens her home and her yard to those in recovery for the camping and they have meetings as well , you cant miss she has a big sign close to the street , I cant recall her name off the top of my head ( not enuff coffee ) but you wont have any problem finding sobery memebers there . awee Caroline is her name .. anyways enjoy the great ride , were not sure if were gonna make it there or not yet . time will tell peace out huggles Endzy
