please keep me in your prayers

You're in my thoughts. Is it possible you have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? I have fibromyalgia and it makes me feel very tired. I also have the nausea, feel weak and shaky at times and have pain. Just knowing what was going on with me helped a lot.
I use meditation tapes daily that help me a lot. Also, I know I've suggested this before but it helped me so much, I'll mention it again. "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay. Check it out at the library or a used book store. It can't hurt and maybe it will help you feel better.
You might ask your doctor about any and all side effects of any meds your taking. I don't do well on drugs. Most have bad side effects for me. I'm so glad to know your seeing your doctor.
Do keep us posted.
Much love,
Lenina

Feeling a bit better this evening. Went to the graduation and left after she got her diploma. Ate some real food and am drinking Gatorade to stay hydrated. Will call for an appt tomorrow. I love you all. Thank you for the prayers and good thoughts and love. It really helps.
Hi Least - I just saw this. I've been praying for you to feel better, and will continue. This has gone on too long now - you start to improve & then get knocked down again.
Hopefully you'll have some answers this week.

Strange how things work out... I'd been feeling a bit better the last couple days and then went to bed last night and couldn't sleep at all. Was trying again at 3 am and noticed my heart was racing and beating very erratically, I mean RACING at the speed of light! Scared the crap out of me. I laid there for almost an hour trying to relax and make it slow down but it just kept racing. I finally was so scared I called the squad and they came and took me to the ER.
I was watching the heart monitor on the ride and my heartrate was 200!!! Hooked me up to all kinds of wires and tubes and stayed in the ER for a couple hours until they decided I could go home safely. I have to see a cardiologist this week for a stress test and the hospital gave me a beta blocker and a scrip for more.
I was so scared cause I thought i was having a heart attack or something. Glad all the tests they did at the ER came back good, so just need to see the heart doctor this week for more tests. I'm still praying for good health.
Boy am I glad I'm sober!!

How scary, Least - I'm glad you did the right thing and got some help. As you said, if you'd been drinking & not paying attention to your physical condition - something terrible could've happened. I look forward to finding out what the cardiologist says. Maybe now you'll get to the bottom of all the issues you've been having.
