Hi All,

Been 1 month sober now, things are going ok. Still getting a pretty empty feeling every now and then but pretty sure i am going to make it through. Just need to find something to fill the void left by the drink.

Anyway i just wanted to say thanks to all of those who have put their stories out there and all the kind people in Chat. You have all helped more than you can imagine.

So thanks, & hope to c ya all round for a lot longer.

Nice one...good to hear you are getting there. It's a great world this sobriety and I know the struggle you are going through. Keep the faith and I hope you keep getting better.

Write a list of all the things you enjoy, once enjoyed or would like to try. Then go about making it possible to do them. You will find it soons fills the void.

What a great miracle. The simple fact that you've been sober for 30 days is nothing short of that. I have heard in meetings not to leave before the Miracle occurs. Well guess what, IT OCCURED. Way to go!!!! God Bless
