16 days..its a big deal
first time in a lot of years..have got this far..phew!!! long long way to keep going..and to stay on track...only now starting to feel physically well,ish, wish to always keep in mind..the stress and strain and pain of alcoholism..in order to stay with the new script...tx to all here..i dont wish to sound premature..but i really hope to goodness i can succeed in this..im sure i can.

that wonderful, unbelievable feeling.....sober, well rested, no headache, no churning stomach...looking in the mirror and not seeing bloated puffy bloodshot eyes...YEP!

Nice one!! Stick with it this time round man!! Just remember that if you never take that first drink then you can't get drunk. Just make that commitment every day you wake that you won't drink 'just for today'. Simple, if you wan't it to be. Difficult and confusing too, if you make it.
One day at a time. Keep sharing where you're at and getting your thoughts and feelings out so other recovering alkies and addicts can offer advice and wisdom.
