Glad you are taking this step and you'll find so many people here that know exactly what you're going through. We've all been at the point you are now, and for me it was just a matter of days ago.

There's really no point in continuing the insanity and it will only get worse. You can do it. Just resolve to get through today and if you think you need to, call a doctor. Sending a prayer.....
