The Squirrel Came by Yesterday
I was outside taking a break

When I lifted up my head I saw
Him running across the driveway afar

He ran up into a tree
See this Squirrel has been with me since Lucky

He went out on to this branch up close
It was almost as if he was going to pose

Then I had this peace come inside
The Squirrel said I didn’t have to go on a ride

The Spirits that be told me
That today I would remain Free

Although it was a very hard day
I went to bed clean, what else can I say

Maybe my words and actions are not right
But I wasn’t high like a kite

I was just as free from that Sh!t
I didn’t have to take a hit

So yeah it is a wonderful thing
That Squirrel is a friend to me
