Freedom sounds so good to me. I want to do this, i don't want another day one and I certainly don't want my son to feel helpless or hopeless.
All that is possible - but you have to act - you have to do something different to what you've been doing, John0000...

Yeah, stupid would be not realizing there's a problem, or realizing it and not caring enough to do anything. You're just battling a monster. Taking a few scrapes is part of the way to victory over it.

From what you're saying, you feel overwhelmed by the problem. Reaching out to us here is a good step. Going to a meeting would probably be even better, giving you strength and the reassurance that you aren't alone and don't have to be.
