Day 9..."Nine" in German means NO!!!
I found some additional encouragement this morning in weighing myself. My beer belly is getting smaller. 1" and 7 lbs smaller... I cant believe how much additional weight I put on from all my beer drinking. It must be like 40 extra lbs just in my belly. Its horrible, because I'm skinny other than my gut. (think k-fed on biggest loser)
Hopefully this keeps me motivated through the weekend!

Funny because we are stationed in Germany and I hear that all the time...LOL. Be nice to come back home to the States....thats for sure
