Day 3
 

Wow...On day three and I have to tell you I have not felt this good in a very long time! I am sleeping better than ever. I have a house full of booze and yes I get the occasional craving but it does not last long....Diet coke has become my friend... I have not taken the alcohol out of the house completely because that is how I fight my demons....when I quite smoking I had a pack of cigarettes around the house for months and months and I never touched it. It becomes a challenge for me. I know I still have a long road ahead of me but I gotta tell you I am pretty darn proud of myself....just taking it one day at a time...

Well done Vaj!! Im on day 3 myself, though it sounds like you are dealing with it a lot better than I am!
I kinda get what you are saying about there being booze in the house and it helps....I think use my husband for the same thing...whenever I get the urge to drink I look at him and think 'yeah you'd like that wouldn't you'...makes me so angry I dont drink just to spite him lol!!!
