Hi guys

Well I been addicted to opiates for 12 years. I'm trying to get clean. First time trying to quit, any pointers?

Good on you for wanting to change! I had a little run with opiates back a few years ago, but my drug of choice has always been alcohol. That's where my experience lies right now. I've heard the substance abuse forum here is a really good resource:
