Starting Over

Wanting to stop again so hello everybody!

School and work are killing me and making me drink like crazy I need to stop!!

Alcohol gets harder and harder to manage as it progresses. Learn some techniques to cope with it and you'll be much better off. Plenty of them available for free here.

Im just having a panic attack right now afraid of withdrawls from binge drinking vodka for a couple days and I got work today and all day tommorrow

Welcome to SR!! I am once again back in recovery from a relapse so I know that feeling of wanting to stop.

I had panic attacks too but they stopped once the booze stopped.
