Congratulations on your upcoming year.

I can't imagine still climbing the walls though....I'd have gone mental.

What changes have you made in your life besides not drinking, robdan?

Did you continue with AA?

Welcome back....

Are you working the AA steps?
I'm asking because that's when I shifted from shakey
sobreity into solid recovery.

Many AA members go back and re do their Steps annually
that might work for you too...I sure hope so.

Have you read the Dr's Opinion recently?
Please read the FINAL PARAGRAPH ON PAGE 43
It's been vital for me.

Blessings

Well done on your year (or just shy of it).

You've put the drink down and that is amazing! Congrats!

Now that you've got a sponsor and you're going to do the steps the real healing begins.

AA removed the obession of drinking for me and gave me a design for living I needed.

...but I'm not special. It can work for you too.
