monday evening
 

hey got thru monday nausea was better today felt irratable but nothing i couldent handle ok where are the real cravings i know they will come ive been there before.I took a bad bout of kidney disease last year taking paxil with alcohol realy screwed them up stopped booze for about six weeks as i was to sick to drink.Ater i felt better although i was still of work decided it would be nice to go to a pub and have one just one pint of beer thats a joke didnt take long to end up drinking more than before. Got of paxil dont need it as i say now for the alcohol.Prayer for this evening thank you Jesus for helping me thru this day watch over your child and please help me with the cravings when they come and bless everyone and help people at SR..........jo

You can make it through the evening - hang out here for awhile and stay strong.

Drink a lot of water.....Gatorade and Ensure are also good.
Walking and showering/bathing are relaxing.
I too find prayer calms me.
