Sunday night I just heard a church bell chime nine day two over doing ok except my stomach is doing cartwheels on to monday day 3 tommorow waiting for the cravings to come as I know they will. Prayer for this evening dear Lord please forgive me for this mess and help me through the cravings when they come.........................

I hope that you will be okay tomorrow. If you get the craves hop on line do some reading or ask a question if you need to. Break the day down to minutes if you need to. Read a few threads every now and then it will get you through the day. Get to a meeting make a call.
