Anyone catch this new show? I think it's been on a week.

Along the lines of Intervention but seems to deal a lot more with the recovery aspect.

This show is on heroin addiction. Although that wasn't my doc, boy, we are all the same, aren't we?

Yeah, I just saw it for the first time tonight. One episode was about an alcoholic, another one was about a heroin addict.

I liked it better than Intervention - seems more 'realistic' - the interventionist tells it like it is - there was more insight and discussion on 'crossing that dangerous line' and the recovery process throughout the show instead of just at the end like Intervention does it.

Yes.....I've watched it too....but doubt I will often.

I'm a bigger fan of pleasant "fluff: TV shows
Cooking-House buying/re decorating..they .give me a boost.....

Ah - can't wait to see it. I love these types of shows, as I am fascinated with how alike we alcoholics and addicts are. It helps me with my own self-realizations.
