Day 13...going strong
 

after a sluggish start of the workday this morning I went to a meeting at lunch and was a little revived. right now i have a lot of energy sitting at my AA club with plans to go to a meeting in 40 minutes.

I heard something i hadn't before at my meeting this morning: "AA has a wrench for every nut at the tables"

I feel very connected with my friends in front ofr me, with this recovery site and with the world in general. it's rainy and humid outside and it is beautiful. The roller coaster is very enjoyable at the moment; not too high and not too low.

I think I'm a day behind - I just commented on day 12 LOL
