Anxiety and Alcohol and Me
 

Hi everyone! I am glad I found this place. I am a mother of three who has anxiety problems, and a husband who has alcohol problems. I am always worried that he is an alcoholic, but when I look at how much he actually drinks it is not that much. There is definitely a power struggle as he will go for a long time without drinking, but will have beer when under stress at work and hide it from me. He is terrible at hiding it, then I am furious when I find out. I have to go tend to my children! But I will be back!

I hope you can find some ways to deal with your anxiety. For me, I use yoga, music and taking long walks.
