Not sure..
..i awoke this afternoon,very cranky with life,God,family..
..I blamed the world for my weakness..poor health..etc..
..when i turned on the bathroom light...it exploded..like i meen.
everywhere..i picked up the pieces of shattered glass and thought...
wtf.. i better do something..maybe there is a God or something,
that knows me better than i know myself....
..i am thinkin' more about sobriety,then even you could imagine..
:this was/is a totally,true experience....
..hey,i'm gett'in old.......who knows???.....ozy..

What you're asking, I don't think anyone can answer because to say we know for sure it was a sign would (in my opinion) be a disservice. Whether is was a sign or not, it sounds like you're looking for one. Maybe you should trust your instincts, listen to yourself and go with what your gut tells you.

glad you were not injured by flying glass....as you have encouraged me so many times I am the same for you...today WILL be better....we all have the days when issues surface and make us cranky and crabby, mean....I want to exercise so why does my foot decide to start hurting NOW?
hang in there and the answer will surface at some point and then you will be glad you were strong.

Sending love to you, Oz. As they say, "this too shall pass" and you will come out into the sunshine again. Actually, I had a day like that yesterday - looked at the dark side of everything instead of the way I usually am. Today I feel like myself again - I hope you do too.

Hang tough. relax, & beleive in something, I have stayed sober for a couple of days beleiving & no harm has come to me.

Loud and clear, huh, Oz? I had one of those moments myself. Its amazing when He answers us and even more so when its so obvious that is Him speaking to us. I hope today is brighter for you. Will have you in my thoughts today and prayers.

I was gonna say, "...talk about seeing the light." Sheesh.
Have had those blah days too - everyone does. I had to realize that not every day was gonna be sunshine and roses cuz I stopped drinking. Say what????
Recently, I had come home from having surgery to find that my refrigerator had had a heart attack while I was in the hospital. Hundreds $ of food wasted. Was on my way to buy a new fridge (unexpected expense - kaching!), bit down on a mint in my mouth and cracked a bottom tooth in half.
It was all so absurd that I literally sat in the parking lot of the appliance store and laughed uncontrollably.
Now that was a suck day. Things got better - like they always do.

check the wiring in the bathroom......before a fire could start in the wall....
glad you are feeling better today....I could send some of the 6 inches of rain we got this month? in northern part of the state people are getting around in boats last week....the water was waaay up.
