update....
It has roughly been 3 months since Iīve used harddrugs (truffels), before that time it has been about two and a half years...

It has been about a month since iīve been woozy from alcohol, not drunk, the time before that has been new yearīs eve...

I havenīt smoked a cigarette for about a month, the time before that it has been about two weeks...

Today is day seven that I havent smoked weed, my DOC, the time before that has been thirteen days...im feeling prettty good and the habit is crumbling....

I keep on trucking...
