New to the site but, not new to recovery. Im in so much pain now and its consuming me. I lft the man I was with for 3yrs, living with the pain is worse then my last high. HELP

Welcome! Do you have a support system for your recovery? People you can call, recovery meetings to attend?

Drinking won't improve anything but you probably already know that. Please reach out for help, support, and comfort. And stick around here, this place is excellent for support 24/7.

Drinking will not improve anything.
You sure do not want to do the drunk dailing thing and making and a** out of yourself and have regrets about that.
Call a friend or sponsor. Talk to your higher power as you know him, just do not drink!
Time heals.
