Day 22!!
 

Hi All,

Just checking in. I'm on Day 22 and my cravings have been about zero. That said, my anxiety was up yesterday and this morning. I'm on Lexapro for anxiety, but I'm guessing this is just a normal part of the ups and downs of the early sober stages.

Anyways, it's still GREAT to be sober and I hope everyone has a great day today.

Early sobriety for me was like an emotional roller coaster ride, things for me did not even begin to smooth out until I was sober over a month, the ride really did not get smooth until I had finished taking the steps, but even then things could get bumpy at times. Life goes on!
