141 days sober Hi folks, Holy toledo, it's been awhile since I've checked in, 12/29 at 3:30 p.m., according to my wall. Life has kind of rushed in to fill the place the wine used to be. The days pass and I don't even think about alcohol. It's a good thing. My counselor said it happens that way. The gal who thought her career was over is busier and more in demand than ever. The people I thought I could never look in the face again are closer than ever. The sun shines, the birds sing, new opportunities are shown, a phoenix arises from the ashes. When someone doesn't check in for some time, like I haven't, you can wonder, did one of us fall? I didn't want that. I promise myself I won't be gone so long again. After all, I miss my friends here. Much love, Anne:thanks |

Hi stranger, I was wondering how you were, although I did put my feelers out and other members told me you were fine just very busy. So proud of you. It's amazing isn't it? I remember your friendship invitation and the way we felt then. Don't forget us. Marion |
