A big thanks to all for sound advice,experience, and thoughts on the matter..
Like a couple of folk said already being online at SR, is like the AA,online anyhow with pretty much the same purpose... And sound people around to
help you out with probs! an of course visa~ versa, will be 7 days morrow..
And chuffed to get through this first weekend, sat and sun.. always were
the biggest drinkin days... So the answer to the question, Yes you can,

Before I was willing to do anything and everything it took to get and stay sober, I stayed drunk. I used the 'outside help' of counseling (which had very little to do with drinking), a few great books, and SR. If I didn't want do to what it took for me, I wouldn't be sober yet.
