Palpitations 30 days after stopping - still withdrawals?
 

Hi all,
Stopped 30 days ago but still getting episodes of palpitations lasting a couple of minutes. Usually after exercise or activity (Last night in bed...). Could this still be alcohol-related after 30 days without a drink? Since stopping, I am exercising more.

The symptoms you are having may be serious, and may or may not be related to drinking. We are not qualified to give any medical advice. Please be safe and go check this with your dr. Also, please be honest with him, no need to be afraid or ashamed. Many (including me, at first) are reluctant are to go to the dr. for symptoms that they think could be related to their drinking. It feels much better have certainty and take care of one's health than being anxious about it :)
