Suboxone?????? Not prescribed but taking it!!
 

Hello this is like my second time on this site. Loooks confusing but i have a question. First of all my boyfriend has been clean for 2 months now (he is a drug addict/ alcholic). One thing that i worry about is that he is taking some suboxone that is not prescribed to him! there are not many doctors around here for that kind of stuff and we dont have insurance. How do we go about finding a doctor to prescribe it to him and how can we even afford it!??? Isnt it really expensive?? Please help Im really afraid hes going to get sucked back into the drug world by takin unprescribed sub from his "friends"

I'm not in America but as I understand it your own Dr should be able to help you track down whether there are subsidy programmes available for your bf - and whether he qualifies

If he takes subs wrong he'll be sick as a dog,get him into any rehab you can and all my best to you,sounds like he needs you real bad at this stage.
