I slept GREAT last night! I was up this morning clear headed and with more energy that I have had in months.... and since I felt terrible yesterday, it was a shock. I cleaned the whole kitchen, vacuumed, got some laundry done... I feel so wonderful today... and Proud of Myself I had an appetite from the time I woke up, too! I am even cooking a full 3 course dinner tonight for hubby! I hope this keep up... because if it does, I know I can do this.
